Spirit Central/Kidz Central, a vibrant hub of excellence in cheerleading, tumbling, dance, preschool programming, and special events, is in search of a dedicated and personable Receptionist to join our dynamic team for part-time/casual work. As one of the front-end faces of Spirit Central/Kidz Central, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a positive and seamless experience for all our students, parents, and visitors.

Responsibilities:
– Warmly greet and assist visitors, parents, and students with enthusiasm.
– Manage incoming calls, providing information about our diverse programs and events.
– Effectively handle inquiries related to cheerleading, tumbling, dance, preschool programs, birthday parties, special events and other programming.
– Maintain an organized and inviting reception area that reflects the positive culture at Spirit Central/Kidz Central.
– Collaborate with managers and program directors to coordinate special events and activities.
– Assist in enrollment procedures, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new students. Assist with Pro Shop sales.

Qualifications:
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
– Familiarity with cheerleading, tumbling, dance, or preschool programming is a plus.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite/Google (docs, sheets, forms, etc) and general office equipment.
– Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
– Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
– Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a commitment to outstanding customer service.

Work Hours:
Must be available to work 2-3 weekday evenings (including Fridays) AND 1 weekend day.
This is a part-time position that has the potential of increasing hours.

Searching for friendly and energetic individuals to help create an exceptional party experience for our customers. A Birthday Party Attendant’s personality greatly affects how Kidz Central is perceived as a whole. Attendants have six main functions: servicing birthday parties and group events, verifying waivers, reviewing gym rules, upselling gym programs  adhering to a strict timing schedule, and cleaning up/setting up in a timely manner. Applicants must be available to work weekends.
